COVID-19 NOTICE

Dear friends of Kosen Toys UK,

First, let us say our hearts go out to anyone that has been impacted by the virus. To those who are sick, we send our thoughts and best wishes for a full and speedy recovery.

Due to the unprecedented circumstances and in line with Government guidance, we must let you know that the Kosen Toys UK team will be diligently observing social distancing practices and impeccable hygiene routines.

Online orders will continue to be shipped BUT MAY BE DELAYED. Many of the products available are made to order by the small artisan team in Bad Kosen in Germany before they arrive in the UK for international dispatch so there may be longer lead times for orders as the teams in Germany and the UK face both staffing and supply challenges.

If you have any questions or concerns about the delivery time of your order, please contact us before placing an order so that we may advise you on how long it may be before your order can be dispatched. Current orders have been gratefully received and will be dispatched as soon as they possibly can with our sincerest apologies for any delays.

Please rest assured that we are working hard for there to be as little disruption to our daily posting schedules as possible but we would like to remind you that we are reliant on deliveries from Germany to the UK before international dispatch.
